In October 2017, Canada Company hosted a job fair for reservists in the Montreal area. Traditionally run by the Reserves, Canada Company was invited by the event organizers to provide support. Canada Company’s employer partner relationships were of particular value to the organization.
The event welcomed 82 Reservists attendees and participation from 13 employer partners. Employers were very appreciative for the opportunity to meet with this new and unique talent pool – early in their careers and recent graduates from university or college.
