Canada Company members in Quebec met on March 27th at Montreal Hockey Talk to watch a Habs game and raise money for the new Cenoptaph being built in Beaconsfield Quebec. The Heroes Park initiative is led by Major Richard Gratton, a huge supporter of Canada Company events. Molson, Subway and Le Muscadin were sponsors. In addition to a cheque for $6,250 generously donated to Canada Company by the RMR Association (Branch 14) Royal Canadian Legion from its 2013 Poppy Fund (The Legion cheque funds were donated to support the MET program), the group raised over $5,000 for the Park while enjoying the Habs win over Detroit!
