Congratulations to Adam Leech, Relationship Manager, TD Commercial Banking and his team for winning this year’s tournament held on Monday, June 25 at the spectacular Devil’s Pulpit. Again this year, the tournament sold out and approximately $65K was raised to help us fund the 2012 Camps for Children of Deployed Troops programme. Highlights of the day included fly-overs by a WWII Lancaster Bomber and one of the Canadian Forces new A310 Airbuses which is capable of providing air to air refuelling for F18s; troops, armoured vehicles and equipment from 2 Mechanized Brigade Group, Petawawa; a groumet breakfast prepared by the Army’s finest chefs in a mobile kitchen trailer; and everyone’s favourite – time with the men and women who serve while on the course and during the virtual Mess Tent at the conclusion of the round.
