CFB Borden – 22 June, 2012 – Op THUNDER is the brainchild of Canada Company member, HCol Justin Fogarty and 33 Signals Regiment and was made possible thanks to the efforts of 32 Canadian Brigade Group and the leadership at CFB Borden. Teams of four were pitted against one another in a series of challenges that included rappelling, pistol and long gun shooting and an obstacle course created to test the fittest of the fit. For 28 lucky teams made up of civilians and military personnel, it was a day of friendly competition and camaraderie. This action packed fund-raiser concluded with a BBQ and awards ceremony at the Juno Beach Club at Camp Borden. It was another great day for a great cause!
