As soon as the call was made, I was immediately given the green light by my boss at CINTIQS, a defence and security consultancy company, to accept a position on a High Readiness IRU as a Troop WO. I have been provided the room to react by my boss, for any RFA by the Canadian/Ontario Govt. I have been supported throughout. (WO Justin Sparks)
