His expertise and dedication to the legal profession have established him as a trusted advisor to major Canadian corporations, boards of directors, and institutional shareholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beyond his legal practice and role as a Director for Canada Company, Bill currently chairs the Board of Directors of Computershare Trust Company of Canada and\u00a0abrdn Asia-Pacific Income Fund VCC and\u00a0serves on the Board of Directors of Morguard Corporation.
