How we deliver<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Through scholarships, education, knowledge exchange initiatives, charitable endeavours, and more \u2014 Canada Company serves our country, our veterans, and their families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Championing Education<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The goals of Canada Company\u2019s education initiatives are twofold. We aim to bring engaging content about Canada’s military history to classrooms across the country and to provide scholarships and bursaries to give children of fallen military personnel, exemplary Cadets, and Junior Canadian Rangers educational opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Children of the Fallen<\/strong> Scholarship program<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To recognize the sacrifice of Canada\u2019s military members made in service to our country, and to honour their legacy through the children they have left behind, eligible children receive $5,000<\/span> a year in scholarship for their college or university education. <\/span>

Canadian Rangers & Aspiring Rangers Scholarship Program<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This program provides scholarships of up to $5,000 a year to current Canadian Rangers and Junior Canadian Rangers aspiring for a position with the Canadian Rangers.<\/span>

Youth Excellence Awards for Cadets & Junior CANADIAN Rangers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Annually, we present <\/span><\/span>youth excellence awards of $1,000 to recognize Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers who exemplify outstanding attributes of leadership and citizenship.<\/span>

Military History Learning programs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our Military History Learning Programs continue to expand their reach across the country. In Quebec, Je Me Souviens resources have reached over 244,000 students and teachers. In Ontario, Honouring Bravery <\/span><\/span>has reached 24K online users through educational modules, and 2.5 million users through videos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

LAV III Monument Program<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Since November 2014, we\u2019ve turned 33 demilitarized light armoured vehicles (LAVs) into monuments across Canada to honour the 40,000 brave CAF members who served in Afghanistan and the 162 who lost their lives.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

CAF Speaker Series<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This program provides opportunities for the leadership of the CAF to share information with industry and community leaders in a convivial setting at locations across Canada. These events are meant to raise awareness of military matters beyond what is readily available to the public. The 2026 CAF Speaker Series is made possible through our partnership with Cohere.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

CaF Experience Days<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We provide unique opportunities for civilian leaders to experience the leadership and intricacies of military life first-hand. Spending time at an airbase with the Airforce, a day of combat manoeuvres<\/span><\/span> with the Army, or time at sea aboard a patrol vessel with the Navy are great team building activities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Prioritizing Wellbeing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Taking on the difficult sacrifices of military life means CAF members and their families are faced with unique circumstances that can make it hard to connect to the right services, solutions, and support. Our wellbeing initiatives aim to close those gaps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Junior Canadian Rangers Support Program<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This program was created to support Junior Canadian Rangers facing financial challenges. We help pay for travel to attend the funeral of a parent or guardian, learning pursuits, and other unique opportunities. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

CAMPS for Children<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This program enables children of military members, including children with special needs or living with a parent suffering from PTSD, to attend summer camps. It\u2019s an opportunity for them to learn, grow, create, and play, while providing their families with much needed respite care. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

CAF INDIGENOUS SUPPORT PROGRAM<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This is a joint program with the CAF Military Indigenous Learning Experience Command Team. We provide 35 financial incentives of $2,000 to Indigenous Peoples across Canada who complete one of the CAF\u2019s Indigenous Summer Training Programs (Raven, Bold Eagle, Grey Wolf, Carcajou, Black Bear).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Appreciation Program<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Aye Ready Program<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The aim of this program is to provide timely, pointed, and meaningful support for specific activities or requirements in support of military members and\/or their families; either financially or through contacting the responsible authorities. Donations to Military Family Resource Centres, to Padre Benevolent Funds, and to regimental organizations are just a few examples.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Grief Reconciliation Training<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

These two-day workshops help equip those who are at high risk of experiencing injury, loss, or secondary trauma with the knowledge, skills, and practical steps to deal with the challenges they may face day-to-day.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
