With the HMCS FREDERICTON as the backdrop, Blake Goldring, in the company of The Honourable Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence and Rear Admiral Andrew Smith, Chief of Military Personnel, awarded the 2010 Canada Company Scholarships to seven young people who have lost a parent who was serving in an active mission for the Canadian Forces.
